Feeling frustrated with work last night, so I picked up a pen knife and started carving and shaping a small piece of scrap Sculpey. It has been a while I have worked on any project since my last custom, largely due to work. After a night of carving and shaping, it was finally done. This process is a lot easier but requires more patience and skills. Every BO9 is individually painted and numbered. I also did some 'damages' to 4 special editions of BO9, i.e. with actual scratch marks as though they had gone through some nasty battles. The production of BO9 has proven to be the most challenging process of the entire project. Though it may look simple, it involves loads of hardwork. To achieve the best result, each BO9 has gone through many hours of sanding, puttying and priming over and over again. On the average, each BO9 used up approximately 3 x A4 sheets of sand paper.
